Refund Policy - Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the intangible and immediate access nature of digital products, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once a purchase has been completed.

Please follow through by reading the product descriptions accurately. If there are any issues with product download, please email me at ektcreates222@gmail.com.

By purchasing any digital product, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any rights to a refund once access to the product has been granted.

Refund Policy - Service

Refunds for services are subject to a 30-day refund period from the date of the original charge. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within this 30-day period. Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be approved.

No refunds will be provided for partially used services or for services rendered beyond the refund eligibility period.

 

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a digital product, reasonable assistance will be provided by contacting me at ektcreates222@gmail.com; however, this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
